Hello, I’m Nikki
My passion in life is understanding what makes people tick, this has been the golden thread throughout my career. I started out in marketing, gradually diversifying to include digital and customer-centric culture transformations in the private (including regulated environments) and public sector. As an experienced and successful business leader, I spent several years on the Executive Committee of a well-known financial services organisation.
Qualified and committed
After many years coaching and mentoring colleagues, and a transformative coachee experience of my own, I know the extraordinary value executive coaching can bring, and want to share that value with others. Personal development is valuable wherever you are in your career, so I formalised my executive coaching skills through the completion of a postgraduate qualification, the ILM Level 7 Certificate of Executive Coaching & Mentoring. I abide by the Global Code of Ethics, adopted by the EMCC and ICF.
The perfect combination
Building on a positive and rewarding experience as a Trustee for a national Not-for-Profit organisation, based in Harrogate I now combine executive coaching with a portfolio career as a Non-Executive Director, helping organisations and people to thrive. I predominantly coach online but can work face to face (subject to travel expenses) if preferred. This combination provides me with an up-to-date understanding of opportunities and challenges facing organisations and senior leaders.
