I currently collect and process the following information relating to prospects and clients:

  • Personal contact details (for example, name, address, email, and phone contact details which could include personal and work contact information and job title/role and social media accounts)
  • Details of products/services/memberships you have purchased from us
  • Personal information that might be shared in content from communications such as letters, emails, CVs, job applications, references, conversations, assignments, social media posts, chats within online conferencing and online forums

Most of the personal information I process is provided to me directly by you for one of the following reasons:
  • Dealing with an enquiry
  • Working with you as a client for my services

The personal information could be provided via:
  • The contact form on my website
  • Emails, letters, phone conversations, social media messages, and chat function in online conferencing
  • Terms of Agreement
  • Cookies on my website

I use the information that you have given me to:
  • Providing quotations and delivering the services of coaching, and mentoring.
  • Keeping records of the services provided.
  • Invoicing for services and maintaining records of financial transactions for scrutiny by HMRC and other authorities.
  • Sending you information about my business and topic areas you may be interested in – by email, post, social media

I may share this information as follows:
  • My accountant – I have a contract with this provider which covers personal data confidentiality
  • If required by statutory or legal obligation to HMRC, the Police or Courts

I DO NOT sell or share our data to other organisations.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the lawful bases I rely on for processing this information are:

(a) Your consent. You can remove your consent at any time. You can do this by contacting me at the address at the bottom of this notice.

(b) I need the data to fulfil the contract I have with you for providing services.


HOW I STORE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

Dependent on the source of your personal information, it may be stored in a few locations:
  • Within emails on MS Outlook/Ionos email, iCloud and on portable devices
  • Within an online accounting system
  • Occasionally in paper files stored at my premises

      Unless I explain otherwise to you, I’ll hold relevant data for as long as I have reasonable business needs – i.e., for managing my relationship with you and managing my operations.

      If you have signed up for email mailings you remain on the list until you unsubscribe, which you can do at any time, or I decide to purge my systems.

      You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
